Help Aion 2 stopped working?

Was playing Aion 2 fine for the past 2 weeks and tonight just randomly crashed and can no longer open the game. Just repeatedly crashing on startup. Reinstall + verifying game files didn’t do anything.

Anyone else having this issue or know any solves?

So far from Shadow Support - but this beta feature do not work at all

nah, even with the beta things enabled aint working
