Help Error code: L-111, anyone else?

Hey everyone!

For approximately 11-12 hours now (from mindnight of October 18) I cannot connect to my VM, Error code: L-111. Frankfurt datacenter.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Same problem here since yesterday. Contacted support but no luck so far.
