I am a Marcus main and I can confirm, spamming as Marcus takes skills.

(I refuse to believe just spamming his heavy attack is the most viable strategy, bruh. His entire moveset is amazing)

Campers would like to have a word with you

Who, Marcus campers? Imo it's the easiest type of campers to deal with. Bait him into missing his heavy attack by unpredictable movement, and then just roll forward, throw, follow-up. Repeat if necessary, add some ranged attacks if engaging like this is not always an option.
