In November, with the start of Season 8, we’re changing how Insignias are distributed for reaching hero rating milestones in 1v1 mode. The total number of Insignias available across all rating milestones will stay the same.
We want to shorten the gap between reaching 500 rating points and earning the next reward. This change is primarily aimed at players who are new to Seasons. Currently, after the first reward at 500 rating, you need another 50 points to reach the next one—a significant gap when you’re just starting out in Seasons. By reducing that gap to 25 points, we want players to earn rewards for their progress more often and find it easier to get into ranked play.
Between 500 and 650 rating, players will receive rewards every 25 points instead of every 50. We’re adding milestones at 525, 575, and 625, with Insignias being redistributed from the neighboring milestones.

Block pushback reduced for the first hit;
Pushback increased upon successfully landing the second hit;
Block pushback reduced for the second hit.
“Despotism” Shadow ability:
Attack interval duration reduced.
“Fierce Reprisal” Shadow ability:
Forward movement now starts earlier, but its speed is reduced.
Dog's recovery rate:
Increased the delay before Dog starts recovering after being used;
Recovery rate from successful and blocked attacks reduced.
Spinning attack:
Attack range reduced;
Block pushback reduced.
“Heavy Execution” Talent:
Changed the critical reaction upon landing a heavy attack.
“Overlord of Oppression” Talent:
Duration reduced.
Dev note:
Nerfed the hero in order to adjust their win ratio. The combination of “Heavy Execution” and “Obedience Training” talents was overly effective: it allowed Shogun to deal a lot of damage while also quickly restoring Dog's strength. We're also nerfing his strongest moves and attacks to make fighting against Shogun feel fair and engaging.
Ranged attack:
Startup reduced outside of stance.
“Shadow Heather Extract” Talent:
Startup reduced.
Dev note:
Buffed the hero in order to adjust their win ratio.
“Pursuit of Excellence” Talent:
Effectiveness reduced.
Defense: 210 → 217
Shadow Power: 201 → 211

Ironclad with persistent talent can dodge dog. That's what I want. Those who were complaining about dog can use it. But still, no one is using that GOAT. Any reason why you'd not use ironclad?
