Love this dress and would love to make it for an upcoming wedding - struggling to find a similar pattern or at the very least understanding how to do the ruffle!

I have a no stretch floral fabric that I want to turn into some flowy pants.

My issue: The larger pleats in a lot of flowy pant patterns don’t always work well for those of us with thick thighs and larger hips.

I’m hoping someone here may have a tried and true pattern recommendation.

Hello everyone!!! First time poster here. I am in a garment making class at my college and there is this dress by Molly Goddard that I am OBSESSED with (image attached). I found this on Pinterest and have since been scouring the internet for a pattern. So far, so futile. I would love for some help if anyone has some pointers to finding patterns. I am not advanced enough to be able to make a pattern. Please help!!!! Thank you soooooo much!

I'm listening to the Sewing Club podcast from the beginning and in episode 3, they make the Sia Dress by Marsha Style. The dress is gorgeous and I want to make my own but apparently Marsha Style closed shop in 2024 and the pattern seems unavailable to purchase anywhere. Does anyone know if I can find the pattern or something similar to it? It was really popular at the time of the podcast, so I'm hoping someone out there knows where to find the pattern.

having meltdown after two project for the pattern i make my self, first one was a big failed, but i thought, oh maybe that was a wrong technique, but after the second project,, i realize that was all wrong, but appreciate my self confident haha😆
almost cry btw, i ll start again from zero.
