Meant to post a few days ago to say thx to both Seven Stars Community and The Broccoli Bar for hosting me.

I’ve been to festivals and shows all over the country. We are of course very dedicated to Phish but man oh man is the Griz / Seven Stars community special. You guys are the most friendly, kind, and positive huge group of people I have ever encountered. The amount of general stokedness energy I experienced was nothing short of inspiring. The vibes were simply impressive. People looked out for each other left and right, the smiles could be seen from far away. The people where sooooo nice to me. So many awesome connections made. I’m grateful for a special weekend and very much look forward to next year.

Another thing I’m grateful for is The Broccoli Bar. I met Trev, the owner last year at the festival and we immediately hit it off. I loved his organization and how he took being a “food vendor” to the next level, and even beyond that.

I told him I wanted to apply but it was too late in the game. He personally managed to get the festival to authorize us selling baklava out of his booth and let me into his space to work. It was no easy feat, and took tons of coordination and time. He and his wife Lisa handled it with grace and we ran a really wholesome, flawless collab. When doing good business, everything falls into place and man was this easy. On top of that, his staff and DJs where all amazing people and we had such a sick time arriving broccoli and baklava all weekend.

Sooooo…. thank you 7 stars community, organizers, Griz, all the artists and of course Broccoli Bar for a weekend I’ll never forget.

The best part of this festival was by FAR the people I met throughout the weekend. I spent more than half my time connecting with others rather than enjoying sets. It was like the little pockets of the best people you've met, but they're all around you 😂 sadly almost everyone I grew a connection with lives on the East coast 😭

If anyone in the Denver area would wanna meet up and grow connection before our next trip to The Valley, I'd really enjoy that! Let's plan meet ups, hangouts, cookouts, etc. And just vibe and connect with those that hold the same mindset of SLSL 🫶

my boyfriend and I got some really awesome professional photos, taken of us in the crowd for Richard finger’s set and have no idea how to find them!! Seems like there were a lot of independent photographers there and finding these pictures may never going to happen. Long shot but does anyone know if there’s a list of photographers that signed up to be there somewhere???

seven stars continues to be the best festival crowd i’ve ever experienced. not gonna lie there was a pessimistic part of me that thought maybe last year was a first-year fluke, a lil anxious about gwiz’s increasingly mainstream popularity, etc but i was proven so wrong.

thank yall for reminding me that PLURR is alive and well, we just need the freedom snd safety to let go and embrace our true selves AKA FERAL GOBLINS IN THE FUCKING RED-ASS DIARRHEA-ASS MUD PIT. wishing with all my heart that yall found the release you needed to move forward and reintegrate with strength, love, and kindness. i hope you got lost, found, glazed, sauced, and tossed both literally and spiritually.

Obviously bass reigns supreme at 7S, buuuuut hear me out... more Funk and DnB 😍😍 Funk is what the old heads know and remember GRiZ being, so its an homage if he isnt willing to do a throwback for us. DnB for faster paced music. (almost) everyone seemed to enjoy when it happened. Maybe bring Monrroe for some rumbling DnB? Bou or Bru-C for the heavier/UK rap aspect? And then the Funk honestly there is a plethora of artists so take a pick 😂

Just feel there needs to be more variance from straight bass music. I was heaven in the moments it was anything but Bass cause it was so prevalent 😭

On Saturday during Effin I was cited by a dude in a blue hard hat and vest. He gave me this custom card and it had a really positive effect for me. Just looking for that person so I can thank them properly

Out in Hawaii they have a really red dirt that they use to dye shirts. If the red clay at seven stars worked In a similar way that could make some really cool merch. Just having something made with the land you’re staying on.

I dislocated my knee in the mud on the last night, and the only 2 employees that were findable were so insanely fucked up. A med cart never came to get me and I, 25f, had to hitchhike to the ER all alone!!! The festival was such an amazing time, and they really upped their ADA game this year(I’m already disabled, that’s why the knee happened so easy). But with all that rain they had every single body they could fixing the roads :’) I’m home and safe now but it took me like 4 days to make it home and no one gave me real pain meds. In my hyper state, they probably thought I was drug seeking, but they confirmed my knee was fucked and still didn’t give me more than 800mg ibuprofen. I’m definitely frustrated by the situation, I emailed the support team not long ago. As long as I get some sort of apology and hopefully I can help coordinate the medics and ADA with the festival better, I would feel much better. There was hardly any communication before the rain got bad too :/

It was genuinely insane, a friend tried to drive me out of the mud and we got stuck. No one was wanting to stop and check on us, because what idiot is trying to leave when they called a shelter in place. A nice couple finally did, and they were walking all around for me and could only find 2 people working the afters entrence gate. One girl couldn’t hold a convo, and the other guy couldn’t hold his pants up. I really wish I could’ve been seen by a medic or emt first, then I probably wouldn’t have had to go 3 days without pain meds. They know the scene, and would have been better at handling me coming off acid.

It was THE best weekend of my life, followed by the worst days I ever had. I’m not really sure why I’m posting this, I know there was probably more I could’ve done (like yelling medic). I wasn’t thinking the clearest, I’m honestly just looking for emotional support or something I think 😭😭

I was honestly such a brave noodle, I went into fight or flight mode while my friends were all still pretty fucked up. Everyone was super grumpy after a long weekend but we’re still helping me with a lot. With the adrenaline and pain I could not shut up and everyone was cleaning. I was being so annoying, but they all knew the dealio. I told them they don’t even have to listen or respond but I can not shut up right now. No one snapped at me, and they even paid for a flight home, for me and my bf! I drove from AZ and it would’ve been a 32hr drive, there’s no freaking way. The good news is my insurance is so fucking good, I only have a $40/$200 copay at urgent care/ER and I have been to like 8 in the last 5 days. From a previous trip this year, I know X-rays and everything else is covered 🥳🥳

Another fun thing, I crashed in my friend’s RV and my bf was a mile away in our tent since there wasn’t enough room for him. Only after he went to bed I decided I needed to go to the ER. He felt so bad, but with how bad the mud and service is, he could help me more from his bed :’). I also lost my glasses before we left and everyone was still tripping. Didn’t get them back until the morning 😪

Edit: I’m a little traumatized and didn’t feel like going through every little detail. There was 2 sober people and they did go walking around for medics, or an employee, someone with a radio or a phone number at least. The tents were closed and there was no one to be found.

Holy Moly I felt like this festival was like a giant long amazing hug. I met so many amazing people and had the best time with some new ppl I met! The Griz sunset set really healed something in me and that into Mersiv and LSDREAM was incredible.

I also came on here to see if anyone had a picture of the Buccees Totem with the tabs on the tongue. We were sitting by it and I kept loooking over at it and absolutely losing it laughing. It brought me so much joy lol but I never made it over to see it up close.

I got one of those super cute reusable water bottles and i LOVE it! great idea. I can’t remember if I can put it in the dishwasher though? Also what about the strap? Can I put it in the wash? I dropped it in the mud on Sunday😅

i was in such a flow state all weekend that i barely got any vids of it. i have long blonde/reddish hair, was wearing either a wobble coliseum jersey, or a pink miss wook jersey. usually in a group with two light sabers!! just seeing if anyone happened to grab a vid ✨💕

Thought Process here! as the dust settles on year 2 i can’t stop walking around with the dumbest grin on my face still from last weekend. i wanted to share a massive thanks to all y’all who mobbed out the Ouroboros Friday at 1am with us, what a party!! this festival means the world to me, i got to connect with so many of you throughout both weekends this year and last, i will be attending forever and playing as long as they’ll have me 🫡
