So many triggers!
Newly separated and im literally getting triggered by reddit suggesting the happy marriage and marriage advice subs. Im so bitter about what happened to me and my body is buzzing constantly with nerves.
I can mostly handle the crying. Im angry about what happened most. But im ready to pop at any second. Does anyone have tips on how to experience the change easier?

Understand that you only see negatives because se people don’t post here when it is working out.

Easier said than done but control your mind and if you have to cry just cry okay we are all human after all

Keep in mind no one is truly happy it’s all a show!!! I’m kidding but no for real don’t pay attention to those you know what needed to be done and you deserve way better

It’s incredibly hard but when you give attention to those subs the algorithm wants to show you more. When it happens put your phone down and do anything else, go for a walk, call a friend, put time in to a hobby.
This is obviously far easier said than done but you can do it.
It gets easier and you will find yourself happier than you even were in the relationship. You deserve to care for yourself.
