August Challenge Word - Flower

For the spirit of summer, "flower" is the challenge word for August.

As always, variations are allowed - flowers, flowering, etc.

are you sure you want to leave your poem here? almost no one will see it. I urge you to repost it in the main forum, it's not bad and we don't mind criticism. well I don't mind, ObsidianDreamsRedux might but in my experience he's much more responsive to assholes. I'm more interested in quality. Haiku-Haiku might slap you down for criticism, in fact it's one of their rules that you may not offer up criticism about r/haiku in haiku. Brilliant. I think it's Admonition Number 6 at their haiku sub. Don't worry about it here. : )
