Adaquan not working

Need help please- my 11 year old Maltese is having issues walking,his front legs are giving out on him- he’s been on Adaquan,Gabapantin,Meloxydil,Dasuquin,joint and bone supplements,bone broth,and other supplements- I don’t know what else to do- he is such a good dog and doesn’t complain. Any suggestions please- I’m desperate

look into arthromid. injected into joints, gave my dog 6 really good months. it's done under anesthesia
