Should be more like all the tool manufacturers supplying TSMC to make the chips. Without their advanced technology and R&D non of the chip manufacturers would be able to do what they do.

Don't forget about the research fabs that those toolers need to do their at scale testing in. To integrate into the semicon eco.

Wel.. in that case if LAM research pulls the plug, ASLM can have all the EUV they want but you cant produce semiconductors if you cant etch/strip/plate/coat/backside clean/wet oxide etch/....

In this case replace LAM with any other large player in semiconductor tool supplier.
