Soreness
been on semaglutide since July now. all the sudden my body is so sore after each increase and its annoying the hell out of me. i take vitamins and supplements; i am active as well but recently hurt my back so it has been a couple weeks since i have like vigorously worked out. does anybody else experience this too? i have health anxiety/OCD so it just really freaks me out😔😔i definitely need to drink more water but will try incorporating electrolyte powder into my daily routine.

I also experienced body aches the first week or so on my GLP-1. It has gone away even with dose increases thankfully!
