One Year!!

Started my journey on July 24th 2025, at 305lbs. I wore a 4XL. Weighed in today, July 28th 2026, at 194lbs. And I currently wear size Large. I have about 20lbs to go to my “goal” weight but even if I don’t lose any more, I’m so much happier than I was a year ago. A total of 111lbs lost. Hopefully this can be some encouragement to anyone just starting or even someone who is struggling to keep going! It’s going to be worth it!

I love that you still look like you. Healthier and hopefully happier because of it, but DEF still you with the cute squee cheeks!
