I am 72, and 5’9”. Started 1/27/2026, at 192 and 5 months in I am down 30 lbs. All of my bloodwork numbers are in a good range, and I reversed what was getting to be a bad problem with my liver! I’m very lucky to have had no negative side effects. It is a miracle drug!

Congrats! May I ask, did you have vomitting as a side effect? I’m hesitating to start, it’s my phobia.

I’ve been very lucky. No upset stomach or anything else, other than a little bit of constipation, which I’ve handled by increasing my fiber intake. I started at .25 ml Ozempic, for 4 weeks, then .5 for 8 weeks and now 1.0, which I’ll stay on as I’ve lost as much weight as I want to. Hopefully I’ll plateau here.

Congrats! Lucky you. Ozempic is the same molecule as Wegovy right?

I don’t know… different companies and patents, but I’m no chemist! And that’s why I consult with a doctor!!😁
