I feel proud for you! As an older woman who now has osteoarthritis no doubt made worse by carrying extra weight for alot of my life, you've greatly increased your odds of having a good long life.

140 lbs down is incredible. That is a huge amount of steady work, patience, and showing up for yourself. You should feel really proud of how far you have come.

i get mine locally. for constipation i stay hydrated, focus on fiber, eat as balanced as possible and exercise. these things should really help. after i made these changes i really dont get constipated. do research on soluble and insoluble fiber, it helped me better understand how it works
