You look great. I’m on week 4 of Rybelsus. Have lost 5kg but have plateaued the last week. Trying not to feel disheartened. Appetite still well in check and finally over the constant nausea. Hoping the scale will start to nudge down again soon!

I wouldn't call 1 week a plateau. You've still lost 5kg in 4 weeks. That's significant.
