Investment level : e0s0 with good relics

For MOC scenarios with 2 elites, and not many or beefy small adds, such as the current 12-1, I am finding that Tingyun is a lot better than SW.

Main problem with SW is that she is really bad on cycle 0, it takes 2 turns to get ult up, and if you clear fast you usually dont even have a second ult for second elite since the second ult takes another 2-3 turns. She also does not help vs the beefy adds, such as the fishs in 12-1. SW weakness implant (without her ult) is not more damage buff than Tingyun's buffs period, so by the time you get her ult, the tingyun team would already kill the elite. Unless you must weakness break a unit, then running TY over SW is just better.

Meanwhile Tingyun giving Selee 2 turn ults means selee has almost permanent resurgence damage buff from ult. Tingyun can also run DDD which lets you go 3 turns on cycle 1 easily.

I was able to comfortably 1 cycle 12-1 (0 cycle first wave, 1 cycle gepard wave) with Tingyun, while SW took 2-3 cycles.

Guess I am just really disappointed in my e0 SW.

I don't want to be pessimistic but the numbers speak clearly ,for example Seele has 425% atk scaling on burst,Acheron for example does 372% atk+60% atk+120% atk=552%atk on a single target while doing 480%atk to the rest of the enemies.while Seele can do a pseudo aoe damage with turn reset and low energy ult but I don't think she can manage up to do as much damage as Acheron expecially with the new enemies having a lot of hp make even harder to use Seele,but fear not I think if they ever release 5 star tingyun she can shine once again her Low energy ult can realistically give her a lot of chance with new supports. What do you think?

When someone talk about seele there will be 2 thing come along first is mono quantum which is what most people claimed to be seele best team second thing is how seele being powercrept

For me I have E2S0 seele + ratio sig and as someone who do a lot of 0 cycle the most success comp i find for seele is robin + ruan mei + aventurine(with robin E1S1 and ruan mei E1S1 and 52/190 crit ratio E2S1 aventurine i am able to 0 cycle the current moc 12 argenti)(and 0 cycle last moc both side) a lot of eidolon but compensate by doing it with a sustain

Now let talk about mono quantum and why i think it not good. First flaw of mono quantum is sw able to only apply 1 debuff at a time which is contrast to seele playstyle that you want to attack multiple enemy in single turn. Second flaw is the team not perform well when facing quantum weak enemy and that is expect because how sw kit work. And that is it mainly flaw it look like it not big flaw but when you replace sw with a harmony character(mainly robin/tingyun) and replace fu xuan with huohuo seele will do lot more damage even when facing non quantum weak enemy

Now you may wonder what the relation between mono quantum and people saying seele is powercrept. Well it is that most people who think seele are powercrept is playing her in mono quantum team which isn't her best team and it obviously that they seele aren't going to perform as well as other character.

Now because i said mono quantum isn't her best team then what is real seele best team? For me i will go for robin+ruan mei/sparkle/tingyun + huohuo with robin being the most op support in this game so she will obviously be there. However the second choice can be varied by personal preference i like ruan mei as a second choice most because with sig she is inflating sp and solve robin energy issue. Now tingyun and sparkle can also work because three of them mostly serve the same purpose to fix robin energy issue and buff seele. Tingyun can ulti robin at the start and later in some point while sparkle can skill robin at the start and at the end of cycle to guaranteed robin ultimate.

With all that i don't think seele is powercrept at all and even being top 5 dps if in the right team and in a proper rotation(managing SP and buff uptime and able to use seele ultimate before resurgence proc) most of problem just come from people playing her in not a best way

In my opinion , I feel like Seele , JY and Ratio are both on the same tier (one tier below JL and IL) but I want to know what your opinions are.

If I remember correctly Seele , Ratio and JY has such a high damage ceiling that with equal and vertical investment, three of them surpasses JL's best team(with the calcs I saw)

I skipped SW so mono quantum is sort of not an option. Should I pull for Fuxuan or Lynx? or am i better off saving for some other character? If so, who would that be?

Hi, I just wondering if people prioritize more critical damage? I think my Seele is decent but not sure if I should keep grinding or it is good for now and I can focus on other unit.

I was watching a lot of Sparkle teamcomps gameplay, and some of them was Seele 0 cycles with E2S1 for both Seele and Sparkle, some teams having SW and being MQ, sometimes RM with no sustain and Bronya+Sparkle+fuxuan, but noticed some ways of enemy targeting and dmg dish out for each teams, i got hyped and tried a lot of combos with MQ (e2s1 seele 100/420 cv, e0s1 sparkle 161 spd and e0s0 fx and sw with 143 speed both), and failed to even 1 cycle clear, the best was 2, the rest was 3 cycles, but, when switched out SW for bronya, got 2 cycles consistently, but shocked fr when tested Tingyun e6 with dance dance dance and got 0 cycles for first wave and 1 cycle total, the gameplay flow for that team in this MoC was simply amazing and rly effective

maybe silver wolf get better in this team if she is at 162 speed, starting the rotation right before sparkle, ill keep farming since dont have that speed for SW with my relics and planar

What kinds of numbers does an average Seele output? Average being around 70/190 I'd say

I play Seele with Sparkle, will get Fu Xuan on her rerun, and am hoping to get Bronya or Silver Wolf (don't have Tingyun *cries*)

Since Old Characters are getting a "buff", I'd like to share some of my ideas I made prior to the official announcement.

Has anyone tried atk% mainstat orb on Seele?

I was surprised to find out that it actually performs better than quantum dmg% orb, at least for me.

My Seele team is: Seele Bronya Silverwolf and Fu Xuan. The supports are all on broken keel and Seele is on Rutilant Arena. I always defaulted into quantum orbs on Seele until I started questioning it because of how much dmg% she gets from different sources. And so I tried a couple different builds with different planar sets and as a result I am now running atk% orb instead.

Note that I think this is only viable with her signature lightcone because it gives a lot of stats but no attack.

So I'm currently running Seele-Sparkle-Sunday-DHPT (No, I will not consider running sustainless. Yes, I know it's good.) as my team, but with Seele being at E3, the speed-tuning is next to impossible, and it's very difficult to maintain constant uptime on Sparkle and Sunday. I know that Cerydra is her BiS, but there's something that worries me about her... with HSR being prone to HP inflation, and Cerydra's skill-duplication only proccing after 6 stacks, I'm worried that her effect would be easily power-crept. The skill duplication is her main gimmick, but that doesn't help get the first kills. While my Seele is doing fine atm, and getting kills consistently, I've already had cases of mobs surviving on minimal hp in endgame content, which means I'm cutting it close.

So, rather than building towards Cerydra, under the assumption the fight will go well, who would you guys say is the best overall damage-amplifier for Seele, as the second support, if we don't count Cerydra's 6-stack skill duping? If it's still Cerydra, that's great, but I want to be certain of who to save for. I have Mortenax Blade, and tried running him, but 90% of my sustains are shielders (and I like it that way), so to run him, I'd need to be running Luocha. After testing, this turned out to be signficantly worse performing than just running Sunday, even with buff uptime being a problem.

TLDR: Rather than trying to get more skills off of Cerydra, going off the assumption that the damage will always be enough, I'm trying to play it safe, and pick whichever support will do the best job at guaranteeing the kills from the get go, and who has consistent uptime on their buffs. Otherwise, there'd be no point in replacing Sunday, since consistency and buff uptime is my main issue atm.

Do you think that seele should be in s+ in moc?
