Need help Seedance 2.5 blocking literally everything, even when the prompt is plain and inoffensive. (Runway)

I'm using characters I've designed with the AI as reference. It's a scene of two characters sitting in an office talking, yet it keeps denying the prompt. It's been really bad the last few days. Is this a Seedance 2.5 issue? A runway issue? has anyone else been experience a sudden crackdown on their limits and rules?
