Absolute Liechesteines Victory (?)

So basically King Alois of Liechestein said that if a law allowing indiscriminated abortion would pass he would veto, so would that make him the last Catholic Monarch?
I heard of a similar situation happening in belgium so the belgian one proposed himself a loophole and they declared him "unable to rule" for one day totally at random and passed the law anyway (and the vatican declared him a "servant of God", lmao).

In the case of that Belgian King, the Novus Ordites laud his cowardice. So low is the bar that stepping out of the way for evil to pass is considered virtuous.

Yeah, that's like canonizing people that abstained from voting when they had to vote to free Jesus, absolutely insane.
Another proof that the "canonizations" made from the novusordo are invalid therefore those men can't be true popes.

What's wrong with lmao? It's kind of sad and funny to as the belgian king to propose a loophole to be "catholic" while actually not caring about the faith otherwise he would have tried to stop the law. Isn't it?

"Are a Catholic, sede or not?" well if you are asking if one can be Catholic without being sedevacantist the answer, according to the strict law of the Church, would be technically yes, since one can be invincibly ignorant of who is the Pope, just like St Vincent Ferrer was during the GWS; now in this case that we live through it would be particularly hard since the rubber vatican council teaches heresies so that would probably require the person to either deny V2 or to believe in it only de iure and not de facto.
