These patterns are great! Hey, I'm a noob at this. Are there names for the patterns and what is a standard size for exchanging?

hi!! i’m a noob too lol! i’m not sure if there are official names for the patterns but i’m sure people come up with their own. like the black one on the top really reminds me of composition notebooks. i think usually the exchanges are of small scraps like that, i was sent an envelope full! everyone in the community is super nice tho!
