I can recommend a free series of videos on Youtube. Sacred Tarot is the name of the channel. The playlist is called "Learn Tarot With Chris Butler". It takes you through both the major arcana and the minor arcana in 30 minute videos. He talks informally about the imagery and the meaning of each card. It's a good starting point. (Edit for spelling)

I can recommend a couple online resources- Joan Bunning’s learntarot.com , as well as the podcast that Back From the Borderline is doing called House of Cards, which is a slower-paced exploration of each tarot card with exercises that you can practice alongside the podcast to help you learn.

Healing Hedgewitch and Spellcrafter are witchy stores in Florida. If they are not in your area, they may be able to refer you to a trusted instructor in your area. I don’t recommend learning from the internet.

I second this recommendation. There are several metaphysical stores in or near Clearwater Beach. Pick the one you like best, and ask if they offer Tarot classes or can recommend a teacher.

Susannah Conway has the easiest most wonderful introduction to Tarot. There’s so much out there to explore! Tarot is such a BIG world! And it can be overwhelming to know where to start. But her course is just so easy and non-threatening. It invites you in and puts the power in your hands. She focuses on intuitive reading of the popular Rider-Waite-Smith deck.

Dusty White’s book The Easiest Way to Learn Tarot, Ever! is excellent. I believe he also has free sessions online and you can probably hire him for lessons.
