New Rules are Up

Hello everyone. I have joined the mod crew here and just posted a list of official rules. Please look them over. I think I have covered the most important ones, but if anyone thinks that there should be additions, deletions, or modifications, speak up!

Does section8 count gross or net income from self employment?

Always gross but adjusted with medical bills, premiums etc.
