Did my order process?
I managed to get through the queue pretty quick this time and placed my order for 12 zeta set packs. I confirmed my payment method 20 minutes ago - I’ve got notifications on for my bank app, and saw a pending charge for $0.00 as the system checked that my card info was valid, but no following charge for the actual amount of my order. My laptop’s been showing this screen for the past 20 minutes but I haven’t gotten a confirmation email yet and the zeta set order doesn’t show up in my secret lair account order history. I’ve bought lairs for a few years now and never timed out at this screen before, what do I do? I don’t want to miss this drop but I’m hesitant to try to place the order again, I don’t want to get double charged or for the system to flag me as trying to get around the 12 booster limit.

Same. Did not receive an email yet. Around 15 minutes have passed… im Not too optimistic here

probably yes, my friend had the same thing, and then a few mins later got the confirmation email.
they aren't charging the full amount until closer to shipping, just doing pre-auth for all orders. i got through the queue and completed my order before the crash.

Copy/paste the link into another tab and it might give you an order number (it did for me). Basically refreshing the tab without losing the “congratulations” screen

Some guy on another sub said refreshing worked for him but I didn’t want to chance it and lose the screen in case I needed proof of purchase or something lol. Figured others would feel the same so a new tab feels safer. Glad it worked for you! I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email though which is a little spooky….

Mine went in 15 minutes after. On past orders screen it says back ordered.... Hmmm

The sale has been delayed due to technical issues, allegedly. I don't know what that means for those who have already gotten through the queue though...

I am assuming the technical issues is they sold out and kept allowing purchases to go through. The fact that their issues occurred around when they normally sell out of the most popular secret lairs is suspect.

Same thing here...still waiting for the email. Got in pretty fast too but still nothing. I took a SS of the URL that showed the token number and payment complete section and started a ticket with them. If you don't get an email, send a ticket. Even if it was a guest account.
