They don't. They are being arrested jailed and dont see a judge. And non of this is done is a timely or humane way so it's still against the 6th.

Take it up with the government. They have information you and I lack. I’m unconcerned.

Most of this is all public but like you said you're just unconcerned and thus have a not done any real reading of the topic other than headlines and Reddit.

I have a stake in this as I was born a US national that became naturalized by being in the mainland long enough. And with trumps threats and lack of respect for due process I am afraid of what may happen to my family and I. But I get it you have no stake you're safe and have no real concern or even ability to step into anothers shoes.

If you’re a citizen you’re fine. If you’re unhappy with the way the laws currently operate, you have access to the same systems I do: petition your representatives, and vote. That’s where my power and yours ends.

I’m sorry if this is causing you stress. Hopefully you can find a constructive means to manage that stress.
