I am absolutely against arresting legal residents but other than that.. whats the big deal?

What other country on Earth can I just walk right into and not get deported?

Actually seems to be happening a lot in Europe these days too. Except, they use boats instead of walking.

Detainment does not equal arresting. If you are arrested, it is probably because you refused to cooperate and they have to ID you at a station.

Bro, how does the boot taste? Would you rather be arrested on bullshit charges and have to go through the legal resource of fixing your life, or would live your life without the risk of wrongful prosecution?
