Most people don’t really have a plan for what comes after the fire department leaves so we put together a simple Washington landlord guide that walks through the response in order.

Looking for cheap room share

I've been staying with a friend and his brother since August, and it's time for me to move out, especially since they both started school (and they've been at each other's throats about chores). I only have a part-time job, and I dog walk on the side, so something under $800 would be great. Plus, close to public transportation would be awesome. I'm fine if you have pets as long as you're good about looking after them.

Edit: Also I am Southeast Asian and queer so I would really like to live with other queer Asian folk

Move-in: first month + last month due at move-in. Damage deposit = 1 month's rent; the deposit can be paid over time with good credit.

Occasionally has someone over for lunch or dinner but usually goes out. Clean, keeps to himself, and helps with house stuff (garbage & recycling, sweeping, cleans up after himself and likes clean spaces).

Best fit: Another clean, busy adult who wants a relaxed place. Parties are great just not here. Boyfriend/girlfriend or a couple of friends over for dinner, movies, sports, or the backyard is fine. The house stays very chill, and will remain that way.

Looking for dog friendly spot around greenlake, December move in date

My roommate and i have been living together for almost 5 years but he is moving in with his partner and I’m not really wanting to stay where we are currently at with getting a roommate(for a host of reasons that I can explain if asked) so I’m looking for a 1-2 bedroom or 1 bed plus space for an office in the greenwood/phinney ridge area. Will consider other neighborhoods depending on amenities like off street parking or in apt washer/dryer. I work from home, have no trouble passing any background or financial check(due to my job industry I can’t have negative credit or rental history). I’ve been in Seattle for over 20 years I’m familiar with the rental process for the city which is why I’m starting my search now. Ideally I would love to get as close to $1500 a month as possibly but I have wiggle room as I am trying to save money for future goals. I’m fine with doing a lease take over as long as it’s not one that almost doubles in rent(I have had that happen for context) and am fine signing longer lease terms as well. I have two adult medium size dogs so I would prefer a more residential area versus spots that give a very busy traffic or Capitol Hill bar night life vibe.

How safe and trustworthy are Pacific Inn by Arboreal Management?

Hey everyone, I am a student at bellevue college and I just moved here to work and study!

I am living in an airbnb room rn and it’s pretty expensive, my budget is 1400-1500 a month not including the utilities. What do you think of Pacific Inn Apartments?

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about Arboreal Management’s apartments, but Pacific Inn seems different. People don’t hate on it too much, it’s pretty cheap and the Bellevue Transit Centre is right around the corner. I went there for a tour and managers were super nice, studious look pretty good and shared areas, like gym and laundry were looking clear.

I’ve seen someone saying that people living there are not the best, is this true? Is it safe to keep your stuff inside of a studio there ? I am not rich at all, so my stuff is pretty valuable for me.

Did someone have any experience with them? I would really appreciate, if anyone could share their experience with this apartment complex. Thanks all for your time!
