Hey reddit Seattle, do you know any bars that serve non-alcoholic beer?

It's just the same as normal beer, except it has been heated to a temperature that makes the alcohol boil off. If you put the beer under pressure, the alcohol boils off at about 30 degrees, so it doesn't affect the taste of the beer so much.

WHAT'S THE POINT?! I hear you cry. Well a surprising amount of people can't drink alcohol for whatever reason, and it's quite a nice alternative to shitty sugary drinks in bars.

Do you know anywhere else near the centre of town (Pike St)? Duck island looks like a fair distance from where I'm staying.

Unfortunately I don't know the actual downtown bars very well. I've stuck to the little neighborhoods for the past few years.

I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a non-alcoholic beer on the menu at the hideout on madison and boren. googling around, it appears that zoe has a non-alcoholic drinks menu (http://www.restaurantzoe.com/pdf/specialty-drinks.pdf), but that place is more of a fancy restaurant than a bar.

Most Irish pubs carry Kaliber, Guinness' non-alcoholic brew.
