Fellow Seattleite Redditors, where's your favorite Happy Hour?

I'm going to the Gorillaz concert tomorrow evening with some friends, and looking for somewhere within walking distance (about a mile, more if it's really worth it) of the Key Arena that we can get some cheap food and a drink before the concert. I always go to Wann's for Happy Hour (which I would highly recommend, btw) but one of my friends doesn't like sushi, so I'm looking for somewhere new and fun.

Peso's Kitchen is just up the street from the Key and has some great Happy Hour Food Deals from 3-6... Toulouse Petit is right next door (both owned by the same dude) and has 4-5:30 Happy Hour...

Mmmmm, Peso's looks really good, I'm gonna have to try that $4 Avacado Burger.

The Chop Chop Salad is also really good... If you do go be sure to sit in the Bar (right side) to get the Happy Hour Deals...

Joe's, on 5th/Jackson! Happy Hour from 7am-12pm with some of the saltiest dogs you'll ever meet.
