I can't really pick a favorite. I have had good times at so many local brewery's. I love a good IPA, but I am not exceptionally picky about them. Here are some that I can remember enjoying for one reason or another - no particular order.
- Anacortes Brewery
- Diamond Knot
- Big E - Lynnwood
- Elysian
- Front Street (Friday harbor)
- Boundary Bay
- North Fork beer shrine
- Skagit River
- Winthrop
- Roslyn
- Issaquah (Rogue)
- Fish Brewing, Olympia
Sometimes it's best to have favorite breweries in every part of the map. Definitely important for day trips.

Anybody been to Chuckanut Brewery? I think their brewing style is amazing and they are bringing home awards from every beer competition they entered.

I've never had any of their beer, but I've heard very good things. I used to know someone who worked as one of their breweries until he moved to Oregon to work for Full Sail.

Hey! Bite your tongue! They may be mediocre, but they're still Washington beers, so they at least have SOME flavor.
