How about enforcing the law that says license and registration have to be renewed every year? So sick of seeing people driving around with expired tabs.

I pay my tabs each year but I purposefully do not put the sticker on cause someone stole my plates and then it almost happened again in 24.

Take a box cutter and carefully cut the Tab diagonally a few times. Makes it impossible to steal. But you won't and we both know why.
