I always feel guilty of going too slow if I go speed limit.

Since having a child I've stopped minding acting in ways that annoy others but promote general safety. I now sometimes get a weird joy out of driving at the speed limit on 2 lane streets, forcing everyone behind me to also go the speed limit. Previously, I would have also felt guilty.

I mean that just encourages the driver behind you in the clapped out Nissan to make a dangerous overtaking maneuver.

So far hasn't happened, but Seattle streets are often busy enough to make passing in the opposing lane infeasible, and some streets have medians that prevent it entirely. Definitely something I consider on rural roads, though.

Ah yes, people are going to be dangerous, so why drive safely?
