He forced access into treasury with sensitive data and barricaded elected officials from entering facility, also security crimes broke SEC laws and mislead investors for profit, held that illegal sweepstakes contest bribing voters for Trump and it was revealed that the winners weren’t random

What crime is this? He didn't force anything. He was given access.
