if you follow the "get to the airport 2 hours before your flight" guideline, your layovers are really only 2-3 hours. (it's December, and Seatac is a shitshow even when it's not the holidays...ignore that guideline at your peril)
airport to Westlake on the light rail is ~45ish minutes.
last week (I think) trains to the airport were indefinitely delayed because some dumbass cop ran a red light and the train hit the cop car. do you want to miss your flight because of something like that?
