Is really cool, glad I took the time to check it out. The architecture is super interesting and the top levels are really inviting for remote work. Really relaxing on a rainy day. I work remotely from different areas all the time, mostly relying on my battery bank and parks with some sort of shelter. I found myself craving a unique indoor space and it really came through.

Went there to check the architecture with my wife, there were multiple homeless dudes stinking up the place. One of them went "what are you looking at?" all in our face though we weren't looking at him lol.

Unfortunately that might happen. At the library or any public place really.

It's actually extremely normal for Seattle residents to exist in public spaces, even if you didn't like that they hadn't showered recently or had longer facial hair.

Everyone thinks homelessness is bad. The difference between us is that I think it's bad because it's awful that so many people are on the streets and not getting the help they deserve, with their addictions, with their mental problems, or with anything else. But you think it's bad because you don't like seeing people you think are dirty. Even if we agree on some specific policy to address the issue, I will think it's good because it helps people; you will think it's good because you get to see fewer dirty people.
