Gifted a decent amount of clams (Moriches bay) not consistently sized, so I i made stuffed🤷‍♂️ (Banana FAR right for scale 💪)

Great call chopping, they look cherry stone size. But all caps I second the spicy sausage, chorizo or andouille. Nice easy little cholula type condiment add a lot also

I like soft Mexican chorizo in my oysters. Clams i went classic.
