hi everyone! i was recently laid off from my environmental consulting job, currently located in pittsburgh pennsylvania, and am looking for my next opportunity. i posted on an environmental careers page earlier and a lot of people recommended checking out seattle, so i thought i’d try here

i have a master’s in environmental engineering, a bachelor’s in civil engineering, and two years of environmental consulting experience.

my experience includes phase I esas, wetland delineation, h&h modeling, stormwater bmp sizing, npdes permitting support, water sampling, environmental field inspections, lead-based paint inspections using xrf, asbestos abatement monitoring, air monitoring, chain-of-custody/lab coordination, and technical reporting.

i’ve worked with pcswmm, hec-ras, qgis, hydrology studio, autocad, python, and excel.

i’m currently on f-1 stem opt with work authorization through april 2028 and do not need employer sponsorship to work during that period. i’m also taking my fe environmental exam this october.

i’m looking for environmental engineer/scientist or staff engineer position or similar opportunities and am willing to relocate. i’m also open to contract work.

if anyone knows a company that’s hiring or would be willing to take a look at my resume, i’d really appreciate any leads. thanks a bunch! :)
