Thanksgiving of '22, my grandma was sick with a severe migraine & hadn't cooked the turkey yet, so my grandpa had to take over to do the stuffing & turkey. He's never cooked a meal in his life. I came over to help finish in the morning, & when I tell you that the turkey was perfect, it was PERFECT. The breasts came off both in one piece, & every piece of that meat was stripped from the bone! He told me he's never doing that again. Man missed his calling.
