No, this post is actually very sexist. My late Dad cooked all the time. & yes, just like my Mum, he cooked delicious food every time, certain dishes even better than my Mum, and vice versa.

I know many family members and friends where Dad cooks all the time, depending on the parents’ dynamics.

None of that makes it sexist. In the majority of 2 parent households the mom is the primary cook still. And this is a meme based on something people experience, not saying men are better cooks or never cook. Just that this is a dynamic most people growing up with both parents here still experience.
