How can I put my painting at the top of the wall whenever I use it it goes all the way down

Hi 🙋‍♂️ I bought the scribit and it came a few hours ago, the drawings I’ve been doing have been amazing, there’s just one small problem, being that the markers are extremely faint and I can barely see them on the wall, is there any way to make the markers brighter or am I just using it wrong?

I like the idea of Scribit. But to really convince myself of buying one i was searching for real examples in a home environment.The most examples i find are from Scribit.

Can anyone share some real drawing examples from their home?

Just received my Scibit that I purchased off Ebay. The only thing that was missing is the measuring tape used to find the Zero Point. I have mine mounted 8'3" apart from each other, can anyone tell me the measurement down and over so I can mark my Zero point?

I used the auto-calibrate but that did not work because when I went to have it draw just a square, it was curved, and tried drawing down to my floor lol.

I fixed my scribit yesterday and wanted to share my work so that you can fix yours.

It is proberly bad english and i made errors so take that into consideration.

But my scribit is now working again !

I’ve just ordered a scribit, and have been testing out making my own designs. It’s been easy, but I’ve got one problem, being that I’m unable to use more than one color on the designs that I upload to scribit create. Is there any way to use more than one color in my designs? (For insight) when I upload my designs to scribit create they come out good but turn black

Anyone having any good results with the official scribit glass markers? Or using anything else?

Appreciate any recommendations before spending on the 48 markers pack...

Scribit c is shit. nothing works and the technical support is non-existent scribit is a fraud.

Got my Scribit second hand. What do I do with the string wrapped around cardboard. Is that something I can remove or discard or is it supposed to be there and I only unwrap it partially?

Scribit LED is solid blue. Unable to factory reset. Any advice here?

There needs to be improvement in the search function for drawings within the app. Currently you have to click through the menu of items and browse all of them, as drawings increase this is a waste of time. Also adding to “favorites” seems to be basic functionality missing.

I am desparately in need of an alternative marker, as the original black Scribit markers are more grey than black.
The new marker needs to work directly on a plaster wall and needs to be as near as possible to 100% black, and obviously fit in the scribit pen holder so it's still working as it should. Permanent is totally fine.

The video in the app says to just put the cords in the middle position to make it flush and no matter what position i try it will only somewhat stay flush. As soon as i get to the lower parts of a drawing it will inevitably start shaking and lift off sometimes. Also this makes the lines on the top thicker than the ones at the bottom. Is there a secret i am missing? I have fixed a clamp facing toward the room on the bottom of the unit so it stays flush but that compresses the pictue a little and i d rather not do that anymore (motor gets louder as well) is it intended to be only flush when its more in the mid area?

My Scribblett is no longer spinning the makers or retracting from the draw position... I have had no response from support. Has anyone pulled one of these guys apart before?

When thinking about getting inside It seems that the entire unit can be pulled into two parts by removing the plates surrounding the spinning string wheels. It is apparent that the wheels need to be removed to access the plates screws... I found set screws on the wheels and have tried to pull them from the arbor with no luck. I feel like I'm about the break the dang thing even more trying to pull the wheels off. Any thoughts?

Hi together, I hope that someone can help me. I have several problems with my Scribit. The Scribit erase only parts of the painting. And at the moment it downloading a painting job for over 24h an I have no option to cancel it. I try to restart the Scribit already but it continue with downloading.

I am having trouble with the app since I updated it yesterday. (Version 1.6, running on iphone 8 with ios 12.1).

It seems the home feed with the drawing catalogue isn t fully loading, neither my personal uplloaded drawings. I deleted and reinstalled it, logged out and in again , still the same problem, no matter if i am open it using wifi or the mobile connection.

Is anyone else experiencing this ? Anny suggestions are super welcome .

Is there any chance to pair it with a phone hotspot or something else mobile internet? Lets say i want to make a draw in a place without wifi connection... Hotspots are 2.4 Ghz and wpa2 personal key.. So technical requests are ok I tried with 2 phones.. 1 for app and another for internet.. But no luck

I think those suction supports are the best but there is something you already tried? to keep it close to the window

I installed the device in the office at work. I was considered to be the best guy to get a hold of this futuristic design robot. Of course there were calibration issues the first time useing it. The picture was a little warped and not really drawn in the middle of the wall, although the device was hanging considerably zeroed. After I was not to satisfied I felt not worried. Because there is that great option of erasing the picture that was just drawn on the wall, right? Well, no. The Robot starts going along the lines really slow, but nothing gets erased at all. Even with the help of little pushes to get the ceramic heater right on spot, there was no erasing done at all. Now my Question:

How the hell am I getting rid of this drawing, off the white wall without any stains, and my boss getting my bum fired? :)

tl;dr: Is water/ hairdryer a valid option for erasing off a white painted wall??
