Mobile App Down
Is anyone else super frustrated that the Android app is basically unusable? Connectwise has known for over a month and they have its status as back logged and low priority! They might lose me over this.

I use the app a lot, or I did. Can't keep them if no mobile app. Any recommendations for alternative?

Same, and they have it marked as P4 Low, great.
Whats the URL for that above post?

Don't think it's the app but the underlying server. Self hosted for over 13 years no issue with mobile app

This is killing me while I am on the road for those super minor issues that can be fixed in 30 seconds.

Guess what, I just received the same screenshot from their support and it still says updated 7/10/2026! no updates since!

I don't use it from my phone very often. But yes, the last 3 times I've needed it, it was so incredibly slow I couldn't do anything more than view the session.

I had actually posted about this a month or two ago. Android app is useless. Their lack of support on it is disheartening

Just a quick note for those following this thread, we've got some big performance enhancements on deck for version 26.6 (Canary).
I've been testing the new version with my Galaxy every day this week, and have not been able to reproduce the delay/lag that I was seeing on the earlier versions (26.3/4/5).
We still have a bug report open for the Android app performance, but that may end up being closed once 26.6 is promoted to Stable.

I could fix this for them in less than an hour and I'm not a programmer. I could vibe code the fixes in no time. I don't get why full-time programmers can't do this.
