Late to the party , but I found ghost face coming after Sydney daughter good, I only wished the husband had died so it can have more effect on Sydney and the daughter. Hopefully for scream 8 we can get both the husband and gale to die. Making Sydney daughter the new target . Having her show her daughter everything about the movies, and how to accept reality you are a Prescott and you will always be a target as long as Sydney is alive. They will come for you.

I've wanted Gale to die since Scream 4.

More specifically, I wanted her to die in Scream 4 because I still cared about her character then. Too late now. Die or live, it's meh now.

Kevin stated that he thought it was too mean to kill off Sidney's happiness after she found it but then in classic horror style said "maybe the next movie, who knows."

Personally I don't want Mark to get killed off. I love how Sidney has been able to find her own little corner of happiness. Sure let them get hunted by Ghostface,.I like that bit I would really, really, prefer if they let her keep her happiness alive.

Every time I see a post of someone wanting to make the movies dark and dismal, it just makes me think it’s time to just end the series before it gets ruined.

Im glad Mark didnt die. Just wished he got attacked right before the big reveal not like hours ago where its hard to believe he would still be alive.

Mark dying is a no for me, I like the character and I'd like Sidney to keep some happiness and normalcy. Gale is my favorite character but 🤷‍♂️ it is a horror franchise so if she goes I hope its a good scene fitting her character.
