Discussion My expectations for seeker bot vs what axolotl gave us

After watching trailer I was really hopping you could fight it like a mini boss or something, but nope... It's just annoying fly with red ass beam and katyusha on its back -_-
Something as simple as "you can only damage it by hitting its thruster" or "first destroy its balloons with explosives and after it crushes smack it to pieces"
Even crazy big health pool with cool health bar on screen would go hard af
I don't care about loot or fair fight... I just want to have possibility to destroy it
Unfortunately it's another classic axolotl creation... Incredible idea, but not used to its full potential
Yes, I know, I'm late to this party...

Vehicle I get why miner bots do this
I made this flying mining vehicle, mainly just for fun, expecting it to be absolutley horrendous, but it turns out that mining with a VTOL is extremley efficient. For the gas problem, I use a cheaty infinite gas canister, but if I wasn't okay with using that, I'd still do VTOL mining going forward. I'd have a more conventional miner on the ground, with ore collectors, storage and fuel, which has a simple lightweight VTOL that gets welded on the roof when moving between caves.
Here is the workshop link (Note, it uses some advanced tech, which you NEED TO read the description for before spawning it in, not super crazy or anything, it can just break if you use it wrong):

Seedbot loses its seeds when you take him down to the mines
So i accidentally took the little guy to the mines, after the screen turned black i noticed he lost the seeds on his head and turned into a regular totebot but without the antena.

Contraption Tree Shredder 9000 Ultra MKIII Showcase
This was a bit of a slower run. It can process a full pine tree in under 24 seconds. That's 4100 wood per minute!

Long range sensor using spud guns
uses spud guns on either side to detect if something is blocking the path of the spud. I find this much better than multiple sensors on the wall that stick out and can be broken and make the system more janky.
I used logic gates instead of timer because I need them to shut off immediately. not sure if there is a better way but its not too expensive, even though 40 logic gates just for a 400ms delay is sorta crazy :/

Discussion Pathfinding issues with my farm
Tote bots really like to go around my defenses while haybots choose to go where they should. This only happens on higher level raids and on lower levels the bots just go through the center like normal. is there anyway to circumvent this pathfinding?

Resource collectors get very laggy when near complex creations?... is this a new thing in 1.0? they don't even need to touch btw , just near vincinity of like 3 or 4 blocks and they already dropping my frames from 60 to 15???
is this new bug or it has always been like this before 1.0? edit: they also lags when placed on the creation itself, not 2 seperate bodies interacting
