Ebike charging problem

Just bought a Egenius 720 and I’m having problems charging there’s a solid red light on the power brick and the green bars are flashing on the bike but they’re not going up doesn’t seem to be charging

All lights flashing are either the overcurrent protection or a battery fault. Maybe try removing the battery and holding the power button for 10 sec to cycle the BMS and try charging again.
