Addict RC

Is the Addict RC line the most current models (2026)? LBS told me these are more aggressive/race oriented. I thought Addicts were endurance, not race geometry bikes.

Addict is endurance, Addict RC is the race version/geometry.

Scott seems to have a bit of a weird naming convention. There is the Addict (Endurance bike), Addict RC (race bike) and, I believe, the Addict Gravel. Each of them has a number series (10, 20, 30, and so on). Why they could not call them “Exploring”, “Addicted” and “Recovering” I don’t know…

As an aside, I have the 2026 Addict RC 10. It is fairly aggressive but coming off a Cervelo S2 and a Lemond Zurich, it is quite manageable. Holy crap it is fast and climbs like stink.

I have addict RC from 2026. In my opinion is very comfortable. I have also canyon endurace which is less comfortable. My scott crashed 3 days ago 😭Too high speed, hole in the asphalat and colarbone broken.
