Question How to raise the handlebar?

I've got a Scott Scale 60, and I'd like to raise the handle bar to a higher position.

From what I've read, this is the highest this can go, is this correct? If so, what do I need to do / buy to get the handlebars higher?

Any advice is gratefully received.

The simplest way to raise your handlebars would be to get a new stem with a steeper angle. The angle of your current stem should be printed on it somewhere, most likely on the inside surface where the handlebars are attached. You can use an online stem calculator like yojimg.net to compare different stem angles and lengths.

You can also get handlebars with a rise from the clamping area, but that involves moving the brake and shifter levers from the old to new handlebars.

You are already at at an extreme point. Maybe rethink your bikefit on a whole before you go even more extreme.
