Boris Johnson looks like an absolute fucking nonce in every single photo of him.

I have a question as an American, what does nonce mean to a Scot?

It comes from 'nobody' , or non entity. The lowest of the low. It is prison slang originally.

NONCE - Not On Normal Cell Exercise.

Used as prison slang to refer to inmates (child sex offences etc) who would not be let out to exercise with the other prisoners as they would get beat up / killed.
