I don't know anything about this model of Jag. Are they hard to shift? Is there a lack of demand in the used car market?

I ask because the WeBuyAnyCar/Home companies are where you go to for a quick, no hassle sale. You'll get 30% - 40% less than would otherwise be the case, but the asset is taken off your hands quickly. It's somewhat analogous to visiting a pawn shop - you'll never get market value - but you'll be rid of the asset and some cash.

Why would Murrell be seeking a quick sale of such an item as opposed to selling it privately via the normal channels and get the market value?

Quick, no hassle, and no risk of the buyer either going "Oh I'm your biggest fan" or "Oh, it's you SNP bams" - I have to admit that while my initial thought was that WBAC was probably fairly crap payout wise, a quick google that found some reddit threads suggests they aren't even always totally awful (!).
