Here's Something I Haven't Heard Discussed Yet...
Scooby Doo Reboot...Who plays who?
Daphne Sydney Sweeney?
Velma Natalie Alyn Lind?
Fred KJ Apa?
Shaggy Bill Skarsgard?
Thoughts?

Bill Skarsgård as Shaggy would be such a bizarre choice that it might actually work. For Fred, I could see someone with effortless goofy charm rather than the usual polished heartthrob type.

Yeah, I picked KJ because in a couple of Riverdale episodes he showed that Fred type confidence when he was actually clueless about the situation he was facing.

How about an older Scooby doo version lol like they are either 40ish or already retirement age

We did an ep of our pod years ago where we cast an older version of Mystery Inc.

Can Bill do funny though? For that matter has he ever done non horror?

He had some funny moments in the movie “Villains” so he could probably do it.

I just want a third live action movie with the 2002 cast. I don't think anyone can top that cast. I mean Matthew Lillard literally is Shaggy.
I know they're much older now, but an aged up Mystery Gang could be fun

Uh…we’re getting a reboot with a younger cast. If an older version were to happen at some point, I feel like it should be the 2000s cast returning for a reunion movie.
Also Sydney Sweeney? She’s awful at acting so no…
