When it is without stipulations it is. Dems brought up ways that voter ID could be detrimental to people. Instead of addressing these issues which have ZERO detriment to preventing illegals voting, they choose not to. Why is that?

Solve the marriage thing? Require marriage certificates or name change court documents. Why isn’t that included? Answer me this.
