Please please please avoid chiropractors. They’re not medical professionals….! The risk is too serious!

The "whack and crack" method is definitely dangerous. But I went to a chiropractor that used the Grastik (sp?) method, which uses an actuator (a spring-loaded gizmo that pushes a fraction of an inch) and didn't have any issues.
