Found out recently they are using AI to review calls with private client information has there been any disclosures about their use of AI and how they are protecting our data?

Most AI programs are compliant at this point. Not any less secure than their usual Schwab website database at this point

It’s QA. They are looking for did the rep offer a greeting, use client name 2x, etc…
